The Celtics dipped to +170 to win the conference — still the favorite in the East — and are very slight -115 favorites to win their second-round series. The Knicks moved from +750 to win the East to +370 following their Game 2 win. Game 3 is Saturday at 3:30 p.m. ET on ABC.

In the Western Conference, the Oklahoma City Thunder and Denver Nuggets continued to trade wins, as the Nuggets took Game 3 in an OT thriller. Despite the 2-1 hole, the Thunder are still +175 favorites to win the NBA Championship. Game 4 from Denver is on Sunday.

The Golden State Warriors dropped Game 2 to the Minnesota Timberwolves, as the Wolves evened up the series. The series heads to San Francisco for Game 3 on Saturday at 8:30 p.m. on ABC.

The Indiana Pacers and Cleveland Cavaliers continue their competitive series after the Cavaliers got a win back in Game 3. The road team has won every game in this series.
