Indeed, Tish—who is also mom to Brandi, 37, Trace, 36, Braison, 30, and Noah, 25, with ex Billy Ray—had been a critical part of Miley’s career since the very beginning, acting as her manager to help keep her grounded.
“Honestly, my goal was to keep Miley home as long as possible under my roof and honestly, I think my biggest fear was her moving out,” Tish explained on My Next Guest Needs No Introduction. “She definitely had financial ways for her to move out before she was 18. You see that a lot with kids in Hollywood, but she didn’t.”
